You don’t want to know what I have overcome.
You don’t want to know how I feel now.
You want to know how you can possibly add one more thing into your life.
You want to know how your life is going to change.
You want to know why I am different than all the others.
For that, you need to see me. Truly see into my life to know what sets me apart.
BECAUSE...
I can see you.
See the pain that you are trying to hide behind the smile.
See the hopefulness that is hiding in your eyes.
See the spark that lights up when you talk about your passion.
I can see it because I saw it in myself 6 years ago. I knew that there was more to myself than what I was allowing the world to see. I knew that I couldn’t go another day more feeling like I had to remain hidden. But these are things I have said before. You aren’t here to hear that. You are here for yourself.
WHAT IS AN AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION COACH
As I was looking through a FB ad that I am running, I realized that the women coming to my website were leaving quickly. I couldn’t figure out why. This is one of the reasons that I love the community that I have surrounded myself with. I headed to a women entrepreneur group and asked for feedback. The answers I got were all the same.
You don’t make it clear enough what you actually do.
I am so caught up in what I do that I don’t even realize that other people may not understand or see what it is that I do and I wanted to clarify it today, in this blog post.
I have no idea if an Authentic Expression coach is something that others go by. I used to call myself a blogging coach but realized that my program is so much more than blogging. Authentic Expression coach came to me while I was meditating and I instantly fell in love with it. It captures who I am and what I do so perfectly.
So what is it that I exactly do? I am sure that is what you are wondering.
I started blogging in 2014 as a way to share my story. I have said that multiple times. I started as a blogger for mental health/self-love/self-care niches. I combined all of that. I then noticed that after a few years of blogging, friends began to ask me questions about blogging and so I started also writing about that.
I was told last year that in order to truly grow my business, I needed to separate the two. I needed to separate the pieces of myself to truly grow and to succeed as an entrepreneur. AND I LISTENED!
It never felt right but I mean, they were the expert, right? So I did what I was told to do and I separated blogging from my self-care and self-love niches. I even started a whole separate blog and business to keep this part of me alive. It didn’t last long because I soon realized how trying to build two businesses was A LOT OF WORK. So I threw that piece of me to the side and dug into the blogging aspect of my business.
I was coaching women on how to blog but there was always something missing. A piece that felt like I had given up something and it just wasn’t fair.
I can honestly say that I am not sure when the real switch happened. I think it was organic that I didn’t even notice it at first. Until a friend pointed out that my writing had changed. (For the good.) I was writing more passionately than I had been for a while and I soon began to realize that it was because those two pieces of me, that I had ripped apart so violently, were again coming together.
So what is an Authentic Expression coach?
It is a coach who helps you to heal from the past while teaching you how to blog. That is the easy answer.
I help women begin the healing process of their past. Whether that means digging deeper into the healing that they already started or beginning the process that they have yet to begin. I teach women practical steps to implement into their everyday life to allow the healing journey to be deeper.
I share the ways that helped me to heal. I share the daily tasks that I still use to this day. Everything we talk about is easy enough to add to your current life.
If healing is going to be difficult or feel like another thing on your to-do list, you are going to avoid it and I don’t want you to do that.
I also help you learn how to blog through this entire process. I NEVER realized how healing blogging was until I began myself. By creating a community of women who supported me unconditionally, I allowed myself to keep moving forward. Through writing my story, I began to see where I was stuck and how far I had come.
When I coach you on blogging, we do a deep dive into what blogging really is. We create a plan, a vision that is going to support you and your why. We talk about branding, niches, SEO. We talk about social media and setting up your website. We talk about creating content and how to keep your motivation on the days you just want to give up.
We cover more than just blogging itself. We cover the behind-the-scenes of blogging so you are fully prepared for EVERYTHING that you need to know. I help you lay the foundation for you to have a successful blog.
So what I do as an Authentic Expression coach is to combine blogging and healing to create a healing journey that is unique to you.
AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION COACH HELP YOU
You are thinking to yourself, well I can learn how to blog on my own and do I really need someone to teach me how to heal?
Well, the short answer is yes to both of these.
Yes, you can learn how to blog on your own but that will take hours of time doing the research alone. Why wouldn’t you just work side by side with someone who has been where you are to teach you the ins and outs?
I have spent years blogging and can help you learn in a way that makes sense. I break down the blogging system easily and in plain terms so that you will know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it without spending hours on YouTube. Oh, the hours I spent on YouTube at the beginning of my blogging journey.
The best part of learning how to heal from someone else is that they have proven strategies that are going to help you. These strategies will be new ways to heal on a deeper level. I know that everything I coach are tactics that I have used and still use to this day.
I take out the confusion of blogging and I help you to add in healing strategies that helped me work through the trauma that I had hidden away from for eleven years.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH ME
I am honest. I share my struggles and to get the most of our time together, you need to be willing to share your struggles with me. There is zero judgement from me because I know how hard it can be to admit when you are struggling in your life.
I expect my clients to do the work. Healing and blogging aren’t things that I can do for you. (Well technically yes I could blog for you but you are here to learn.) I want you to show up weekly (I know things come up so missing one or two group calls happens) and be ready to do the work that I give you.
The Fierce Growth Accelerator isn’t just a program that you can copy from the other women in the group. You will truly get out of it what you put into it. That is all I ask of you.
I will be your confidant and cheerleader throughout the entire process. I check-in and I check in a lot. I love being able to support my clients through 1:1 time and through Voxer. It is important for you to know that I am here whatever your struggle is. I want you to be confident enough when the six months are over that you can do it on your own.
Sometimes putting your words into a story can feel overwhelming and confusing. I help take those out of the equation so that you know how to build a community, build trust and create a connection to those who need to hear your story.
Let’s make 2021 the year that you conquer your past. The year you conquer your dreams. The year that you conquer the silent demons that are holding you back.
I can’t promise you that the journey is going to be easy.
I can promise that I won’t leave your side and you will ALWAYS have someone to listen and guide you.
BECAUSE I AM MORE THAN A COACH.
Say yes to yourself today by saving your spot in the Fierce Growth Accelerator. There are ONLY six women in this mastermind and I want one of them to be YOU!
