Some people dream of being an entrepreneur. I was NOT one of those people.
I imagined board rooms.
I imagined dress suits.
I imagined power.
I imagined a life outside of my home.
Some people make being an entrepreneur seem easy. They make it out to be that if we just follow our passions then it will all work out in the end. I call BULLSHIT!! Passion is a piece of the puzzle but there is so much more to being an entrepreneur than just passion.
There are days that are filled with doubt. Wondering if what I am doing is worth the trouble, the heartache, and the emotions. And then I feel that little flutter. The one inside my heart that gives me this high. It is like when you get butterflies in your stomach when doing a fast and crazy ride or rollercoaster.
That little heart flutter reminds me that there is someone out there reading my posts, taking their time to comment on my social media because they love what I have to offer. I am giving a piece of myself to every single person that I come into contact with, whether that be online or in person.
LEARNING HOW TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR
The transition was easy. And by easy I mean, I quit my job because I had no other choice and then all of a sudden, I was a full-time entrepreneur. That was the easy part. Everything that came after, well, NOT so easy.
Doing what I love isn’t a sacrifice to me. It is a piece of me. Knowing that I can share my expertise, share my knowledge, and share my passion with the world makes those hard days more tolerable.
We aren’t taught to be an entrepreneur. It isn’t a life for everyone. The road to entrepreneurship starts with your passion, is filled with heartbreak and yet, despite all of that, you want to continue to move forward.
I love blogging. I truly believe that EVERY female entrepreneur should have a blog. She is giving herself the best chance at her business surviving. She is allowing her expertise to shine before people become clients. She is allowing her passion to show through.
One of my favourite blog posts that I have ever written is Real Life Truths from Female Entrepreneurs. I am lucky to be surrounded by amazing women entrepreneurs who share the truths that they learned while building their own businesses. I think it may be time to do another post like this with new amazing women.
Being an entrepreneur means wearing multiple hats but it doesn't mean that we have to do it alone.
BLOGGING FOR YOUR BUSINESS
You are an entrepreneur. You have a business that you want to be a success. There are multiple ways for you to be able to achieve that. Blogging is one of those ways. I always recommend that you have a blog attached to your business website. Here are a few benefits of blogging for your business.
It is going to help you drive traffic to your website.
Blogging helps you showcase your expertise.
Helps you nurture future and current clients.
Building trust with readers before they become clients.
Helping build up your SEO.
Making connections in your niche.
Blogging isn’t always easy for everyone though so that is why I am here. The purpose of this post is to share with you 50 blogging topics that you can use as a woman entrepreneur. Sometimes trying to figure out what to actually talk about can be the hardest part of blogging.
You want to make sure that your blog topics are well-rounded and cover your business and your personal life. When I say personal life, it doesn’t mean that you have to share EVERYTHING that you do.
